New Stars

Our bright and shiny New Stars program is the beginning of the developmental track and a pre-competitive program. Students are instructed by instructors who are safety, first aid and curriculum certified as well as background checked. Class instruction focuses on proper technique and solid foundational skills. An aptitude for listening, following directions, and loving gymnastics form the basis of this invitation only class.
Shooting Stars

As our stars grow they move into the Shooting Stars program, also on the developmental track and a pre-competitive program now with a little more gymnastics under their belt. Students continue to be taught by instructors who are safety, first aid and curriculum certified as well as background checked. Class instruction focuses on proper technique and building a framework of skills. An aptitude for listening, following directions, and loving gymnastics form the basis of this invitation only class.
Shining Stars

Our developmental program culminates with Shining Stars as they learn and grow before making the leap to competitive gymnastics. Taught by team instructors who are safety, first aid and curriculum certified as well as background checked. Class instruction focuses on proper technique and solid foundational skills getting ready for level 2. An aptitude for listening, following directions, and loving gymnastics form the basis of this invitation only class.
Women's Team

The Monarchs Women’s Team, a J.O. program, offers competitive instruction from Levels 2 – Elite. With outstanding practice facilities at both locations and coaches who themselves were national and international level competitors on the world stage, we are able to deliver the instruction your child deserves. An invitation only program that is designed to foster and grow your child’s budding competitive spirit.
Men's Team

The Monarchs Men’s Team, a J.O. program, offers competitive instruction from Level 4 and up. With outstanding practice facilities at both locations and coaches who themselves were national and international level competitors on the world stage, we are able to deliver the instruction your child deserves. An invitation only program that is designed to foster and grow your child’s budding competitive spirit.
Xcel
By invitation only, call to inquire!
The Monarchs Xcel program cultivates gymnasts for the Xcel competitive program either from our recreational Girls Rec program or our developmental track. The Xcel program follows a set of guidelines that build up scores without deductions and is a great choice for those gymnasts who have less time to commit to the sport due to school, extracurricular activities etc. Taught by outstanding safety, first aid and curriculum certified as well as background checked instructors. Students are able to enjoy the competitive sport with less overall sport commitment.
