Monarchs Terms & Policies
No food, drink in the gym or classrooms.
Monarchs is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Although staying during the durations of a class is not required; Parents / Guardians must walk all children in and out of the facility.
Parents are required to stay in the viewing areas, and may not be on the floor for any reason. Parent / Tot classes are the only exception.
Parents / Guardians present on the floor must remove shoes and keep belongings including cell phone off of the floor.
Infant siblings may be brought to Parent / Tot classes in a bjorn or snuggly. Older siblings who are not in a bjorn or snuggly will not be permitted into class.
All class participants must be barefoot while out on the floor.
During classes, participants must secure long hair away from their face, remove jewelry and wear fitted clothes to ensure safety.
Please do not bring your child to Monarchs if they are showing signs of illness including but not limited to runny nose, cough or fever. We will gladly arrange for a make up class. Monarchs reserves the right to deny a sick child participation in classes or open play sessions.
Children enrolled in Monarchs programs must be picked up promptly at the conclusion of their scheduled activities. Should the adult picking up the child be more than 15 minutes late a $15 per 10 minute increment will be assessed.
Tuition is due in full prior to attending class. Monarchs does not prorate for missed classes. A customers position in class is secure only when the account is current. A customer will not receive a written bill unless your account is past due. A $10.00 service charge will be added to any past due account. Prices are subject to change without notice. There is a $30.00 service charge for all returned checks. As a courtesy, we will notify you of a returned check by phone. You then have ten days before the account is considered past due.
Mid Term Enrollment / Proration
Has the term already begun? Assuming the class you want is available we will gladly pro-rate your tuition.
At Monarchs every account is enrolled in "Auto Pay" for the convenience of our customers. Automatic billing will occur on the last day of the month each month for classes starting the 1st of the next month. Customers wishing to cancel or stop classes may do so at any time prior the the final day of each calendar moth for immediate cancellation. Auto Pay benefits include automatic roll over in your currently enrolled classes so your class space is always held for you.
Multiple Class Discount
Save $20.00 on each additional class you sign up for after your first class!
If you refer a new client to Monarchs Gymnastics and Parkour you will receive a $20.00 credit on your account.
Customers are entitled to a refund for all unused classes or activities*. Monarchs does not offer refunds for any previously used classes or activities. (*Unused classes or activities purchased using a discount are subject to price recalculation based on regular price, where applicable.)
A $15 processing fee will apply to any issued refunds. The processing fee will be waived for "credit" remaining on your Monarchs account to be used at a future date.
Birthday Parties (that have not taken place yet) are eligible for a refund less a $130 deposit fee. The deposit fee may remain on the Monarchs account to be used for rescheduling the birthday party or alternative services.
Make- Up Policies
Missed classes for illness or injury may be made up within the current month of the missed lesson, and are limited to 1 per month, per student.
During the Summer & Winter months (June, July, August, December), Monarchs will allow the students to make-up all missed classes.
Parents must call and cancel scheduled class and schedule a make-up. Monarchs does not allow a "Drop-In" make-up lesson.
Any no show make-ups will count as a used make-up. Please cancel your make-up 24hrs notice to be eligible for a make-up of the make-up.

If you need to change your credit card information, address on file, phone number, or change a class please call your location or login to your parent portal to update your information.
What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register on our site or place an order. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, email, address, mailing address, phone numbers, or credit card informations. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
To process transactions: Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.
To send periodic emails: The email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updated pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.
How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. We offer the use of a secure server.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our or others' rights, property, or safety.

Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent. As part of the California Online Privacy Protection Act, all users of our site may make any changes to their information at any time by logging into their account and clicking "Edit Info".
Children's Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products, and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
